For our client, a worldwide distributor of IT technologies & consumer electronics and the No. 1 distributor in the European region, we're looking for experienced specialist to join a successful and growing European Data Practice team as a Senior Data analyst.

The goal is to provide best-in-class services to the partners – world leaders in technologies. A crucial building block of our client’s services is a comprehensive Data insight into the market trends and opportunities. The company has built a strong data analytics capability, focused on creating commercial insights, automation of the business processes and personalization of the partner interactions.

About the team:

The team of more than 25 ppl of 9 nationalities with diverse professional and academic backgrounds has grown extremely quickly since its creation almost 5 years ago. It has become a strong partner with business departments (sales, marketing, pricing, product, e-commerce) interconnecting business needs with exceptional data solutions.

The team working on projects for the European market tackles the problems from the following areas:

• data integrations (inbound and outbound integrations across a multitude of systems including ERP, CRM, E-Com platforms, and more),
• data processing and storage (lake house/feature store spanning over hundreds of data sources),
• process automation (platform for automating marketing and sales interactions triggered by machine learning and business rules),
• machine learning (advanced propensity-to-interaction prediction models, piloting interpretable customer churn models, product recommender systems, models estimating delivery times and more),
• and others like web-based applications which enable data exploration and discovery.

Tech. stack & requirements:

• Extensive experience with data exploration, interpretation, and presentation.
• Working experience with any sort of SQL and Python is mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization is an advantage.
• Experience with various data analytics scenarios in a commercial environment.
• Great communication skills and a willingness to help the other team members.
• The ability to be proactive and self-motivated.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar profile
• Advanced English language skill
