Our client, fast growing international company needed to hire more Cloud Architects into their Professional Services team. We were approaching pro-actively people on the market we knew plus more people recommended to us. One of the approached candidates was just thinking about changing the employer and was very interested in the opportunity. There were several rounds of interviews, meeting both local people and also via teleconferences meeting people from all over the world. After several weeks of negotiations candidate accepted the offer and joined the company just in December 2016.
