• Manage & Control Order processing & Profitability, Service Contracts Billing
• Leading credit control operation and focus extensively on customer accounts receivables
• Revenue Streams as per plan 
• SAG & Bad Debt Provision Calculation
• Service accrual Accuracy Validation
• Ensure proper system and applications are in place and manage the development of new systems as necessary to simplify work process leading to productivity improvement
• Ensure that the Hierarchy approvals in the Workflow are in place according to the DOA without deviation to enable the customer administration department to perform it's duties effectively and efficiently
• Validate the Service & GDO Accrual Accuracy on a monthly basis
