Right Ways and Means

What I want to say is that professional people lost motivation to focus on result and to look for solutions, because it was not necessary, it was easy to go one way and earn money. Today's situation is a bit different and my opinion is that business world is missing new ideas, but professionals are still sleeping and are not able to bring those new ideas. As a recruiter I have chance to communicate with various specialists who are looking for a job and often I get a feeling that professionals doesn't feel that the change has arrived!

There are couple of employers on the market who reacted to the current new financial situation and understood that important asset is a manager who is able to react to changes professionally and lead people with idea that solutions which where good yesterday (and in rich years yesterday was very long) might not be good for tomorrow. Those clever employers understood that market need fresh ideas and it is the reason they are looking for the new leaders who can bring fresh solutions. But unfortunately my experience tells that even those who used to work as top managers cannot wake up from a sweet dream and bring those ideas. With this article I just want to invite managers who are reacting to senior positions, please think about that where your organization is going, not just about that how you are going to bring it there (somewhere). Quickly changing situation is going to bring to you many important deviances at work- more then to previous managers, you are going to be a manager who is bringing success to the company in unstable (unknown, unusual) situation and you must think about that how you will react to unexpected turns in a business! You must not be afraid that employees you are leading will not be satisfied with changes and new working practice! You must be the one who is excited that finally market is running differently and you have space for showing your resourcefulness and succeed in a different way!

I think that moneymaking process can be easy again, just it is necessary to find new ideas and solutions and some potential and talented people must wake up from a dream and start to move in a right direction with the right ways and means.
