After beginning of 2010 I am having feeling that things again are "heating up" in recruitment business in positive way. In the past few months while working on couple of significant projects I found that candidates who are looking for a job are actually offered to work in other companies as well and I must react more quickly to catch those "good ones" that I can sale them to the "best ones" (meaning my clients ).
I hope it will continue in this way for a while, it makes me (and I believe other recruiters as well) more ambitious and more professional and game is getting more intriguing. And what can be better then to gain success in interesting and progressive way! Good professionals on a job market is our biggest asset and this resource is not "never ending". So, I am inviting my colleagues from recruitment business- let's play a game and have a fun- who is going to be smarter, quicker and fortunate "lucky dog" just now! I would like to whish for all of us good luck!
