As our client, leading pharma company, was opening new roles in Prague within their IT hub we were asked to present them candidates for Application engineer role – they were opening new team here and the plan was to hire 5 people for the team. Our client was looking for very senior people with experience from big international company who were responsible for supporting business critical applications. We presented several candidates and all of them were interviewed several times by different managers. After 10 weeks there was a final candidate indentified who was prefered by all the managers involved in the process. The offer came out in Oct 2013 and as the candidate was employed he was able to join the company in Jan 2014.
